Cancel an OS Maps Subscription

Cancel an OS Maps recurring subscription or a free trial

If you have subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play in the app, you must cancel through the app store. There is more information on how to do this via the OS Maps FAQs.

If you have subscribed via the OS Shop, head to the subscription management page.

Select ‘Cancel subscription’, and follow the on-screen prompts. When you land on the OS Shop, Log In then select My OS Maps and select 'Cancel Subscription' again to complete cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have successfully cancelled.

Go to subscription management and click cancel to be sent back to the OS Shop

Back on the OS Shop, click on Login/Register at the top of the page (if you are not already logged in)

Go to My Account, and pick My OS Maps

Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
