If you buy direct from the OS Shop, we guarantee you will receive the latest edition available of any map or guidebook purchased. If you are sent an older version, we will refund you plus send you the correct edition on us!

T&Cs

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect edition, please contact us. You will be asked to send a clear photo of both the front and back cover of the product you have received.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

e-Gift Cards can only be used for purchases on the Ordnance Survey online shop.
Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s e-Gift Card balance – any remaining amount beyond the e-Gift Card balance must be paid via another payment method.
e-Gift Card balances can be viewed in your account here and used on future purchases.
e-Gift Cards expire 2 years after purchase.
When you purchase an e-Gift Card, it will be sent immediately via email to the recipient's email address.
If you wish to print the voucher or send it at a later date, please put your own email address in for the recipient and forward the email on.
